BRAVO Greater Des Moines will honor Belin McCormick (Iowa, USA) attorney Steve Zumbach as the tenth recipient of the BRAVO Award for leadership in the arts in metro Des Moines.

A longtime advocate for the impact of quality of life has on economic development, Zumbach helped found and was the first chairman of BRAVO Greater Des Moines. The nonprofit organization is a unique collaborative public-private partnership. BRAVO Greater Des Moines has invested approximately $25 million since 2004 in critical funding to local arts, culture and heritage.

The BRAVO Award recognizes a company, individual or family that has made a significant contribution to arts and culture in central Iowa. The BRAVO Awards Gala celebrates the honorees as well as the community's arts and cultural organizations and programs.
