BOYNECLARKE LLP is pleased to welcome Natalie J. Woodbury, TEP as a Partner to the firm. Natalie joins our growing Business Law team, practicing primarily in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax and Estate Planning.
A graduate of Dalhousie University, Natalie joins BOYNECLARKE LLP from the accounting firm Ernst & Young in Halifax where she provided tax advice as a Nova Scotia Private Market Tax Leader since June 2013. Prior to that, Natalie was a Partner at Wickwire Holm.
The Business Law Team has made other recent additions, including Don Grant in October and Marc LeClair in December 2014.

Natalie is a long standing member of the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Nova Scotia, and has previously served as both Chair and Secretary of the Board. She is also a member of Women Presidents’ Organization and maintains memberships in the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Canadian Bar Association and the Centre for Women in Business.
