BOYNECLARKE LLP (Nova Scotia, Canada) is pleased to welcome Marc LeClair, LL.B., to the firm. Marc joins our established and growing Business Law team, practicing primarily in the areas of Commercial Financing, Commercial Real Estate and general Corporate Law.
A graduate of Dalhousie University, Marc comes to BOYNECLARKE LLP from the Halifax based firm Wickwire Holm, where he practiced in the areas of Business Structures & Transactions, Real Estate, and Banking & Financing. His practice at BOYNECLARKE LLP will include the financing of real estate, industry development, contract and leasing matters, the purchase and sale of businesses, and general corporate transactions.
Marc is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society, and sits on the Board of Directors with Sport Nova Scotia. In his spare time he enjoys playing hockey and marathon running.
