Piper Alderman (New South Wales, Australia) is delighted to announce that James Lawrence has joined the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property and Technology team. James' practice covers a wide range of intellectual property areas with an emphasis on IP litigation (particularly in the pharmaceutical sector), patents (infringement and validity), copyright, brand protection, trade secrets, intellectual property management and legislation and policy.
James also advises on commercial matters, including in relation to structuring and drafting IP and know-how licensing arrangements and franchising agreements.
