Marcia joined Martin Pringle in 2006 and focuses her practice on brief-writing, both at the trial and appellate levels. She provides research and writing in a wide variety of civil litigation matters; including medical malpractice defense, product liability, commercial litigation, and employment litigation. Marcia also has experience representing clients in municipal and commercial financing and related real estate transactions. She is the past president of the Wichita Women Attorneys Association, serves on the Board of Directors for Dear Neighbor Ministries and is active on the Wichita Bar Association Barometer committee.
Marcia graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 1992 and is admitted to practice in Kansas, Missouri, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She was recognized by Best Lawyers in America in 2013 and 2014.
