Clarkslegal’s (Reading, England) corporate team, headed by partner Ashan Arif, recently advised language processing technologies company, Chatterbox Labs, on a restructuring of its shares. Chatterbox technologies deliver game changing monetization to address each stage of the consumer decision journey, in real-time and the restructuring has provided the Company with a much needed impetus in pushing on with delivering its global strategy and objectives.
