Spencer Fane's Mike Hockley to Receive Adele Hall Spirit of Caring Award
Mike Hockley, a Partner in the Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP (Missouri, USA) Kansas City office, has been selected to receive the United Way’s Adele Hall Spirit of Caring Award. This award is presented to an individual who exemplifies the extraordinary compassion and selflessness of the late Adele Hall.
Mike had previously served as Chair and in various roles on the United Way Board of Directors since 1998. Among his longstanding leadership roles within United Way, he served in the critical role as chair of the One United Way Committee which resulted in the merger of four area United Ways to form the United Way of Greater Kansas City. This effort required countless hours and has made a significant difference to the greater Kansas City community.
Mike will be formally recognized on Wednesday at United Way’s Annual Meeting. Mike’s involvement with United Way serves as a hallmark to the Spencer Fane philosophy of community engagement.
