The Florida business law firm Berger Singerman (Florida, USA) is pleased to announce that it is the winner for the Best Places to Work award by the South Florida Business Journal for the second consecutive year. The firm, which has been an honoree for four consecutive years, has won the large company category, companies with more than 150 employees. The awards were presented on February 27, 2014 at a luncheon at the Signature Grand in Davie, Florida.
The award program highlights businesses big and small in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties whose operations are changing the business landscape. All applicants participated in anonymous company-wide employee surveys developed by Quantum Workplace, including questions regarding compensation, leadership, development, growth opportunities and culture.
