Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP (Missouri, USA) is pleased to announce that Roger Denny will join the firm as an of counsel member of the Real Estate group effective Monday, January 6, 2014. In addition to his real estate experience, Roger has represented a variety of banks and financial institutions in managing their real estate collateral and assets.

“With a strong background in real estate and business, Roger will add depth and breadth to our St. Louis office,” Real Estate Chair Rob Epstein said.

Roger also holds accreditation in green building practices as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate (LEED Green Associate).

Denny received his L.L.M. in Taxation from Washington University, with a concentration in corporate and transactional taxation. He graduated with honors from St. Louis University of Law, and holds a B.S. from Southeast Missouri State University in Political Science & Business Administration.
