Spencer Fane Elects Three Attorneys to the Partnership
Spencer Fane Britt & Browne LLP (Missouri, USA) is pleased to announce that Kristen Dekker, Loyd Gattis, and Eric Steinle have been elected to the Firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2014.
Kris Dekker joined Spencer Fane as Of Counsel in 2012. He represents clients in all aspects of secured lending. His clients include financial institutions, developers and investors. Kris has participated in the Greater Kansas City Bar Leadership Academy and has volunteered in a variety of leadership positions at First Call-Alcohol/Drug Prevention & Recovery. Kris received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and his B.S. from the University of Kansas.
Loyd Gattis joined Spencer Fane as an Associate in 2008 after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable James R. Spencer, the Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Loyd specializes in complex business litigation involving lending and other financial services. Loyd received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. He previously earned an M.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley and a B.A. with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin.
Eric Steinle joined Spencer Fane in 2006 as an Associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. His practice focuses on business transactions and planning. He was most recently involved with the Boulevard Brewing Company acquisition. Eric received his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law where he was a member of the Kansas Law Review. He received his B.A. from the University of Kansas where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
