Osborn Maledon, P.A. Announces New Partners

The Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon, P.A. (Arizona, USA) has announced two new partners--Kathleen Brody and Joseph Roth, who both practice in the areas of civil litigation, criminal defense, government and internal investigations, and appeals.

Brody's practice also includes representation of professionals in licensure, ethics and related proceedings.  She is a member of the Arizona State Bar’s Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct; an associate web editor for the American Bar Association's Litigation Section, Criminal Litigation Committee; a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; and co-chair of the Amicus and Rules Committee for the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice.  Brody graduated from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law and Yale University.  She clerked for Arizona Supreme Court Justice Andrew D. Hurwitz.

Roth’s civil litigation practice focuses on economic and financial issues, including defending clients against antitrust and securities claims.  Appeals are a substantial part of his practice, and he has represented clients before Arizona’s appellate courts, the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.  Roth is a graduate of Columbia Law School and the University of Arizona.  He clerked for Arizona Supreme Court Justice W. Scott Bales.
