Eaton Peabody (Maine, USA) is pleased to welcome attorney Seth Brewster to the firm. Mr. Brewster will be resident in the firm’s Portland office and joins the firm's highly respected Litigation Practice Group.
With over 25 years of experience in business litigation and complex commercial matters, Seth Brewster is a successful litigator and trial lawyer arising from his representation of a wide variety of businesses, dealers, franchisees, manufacturers, distributors, shareholders, individual officers and directors, and service providers in corporate and commercial disputes.
Seth's legal career also has included being a partner in one of Maine's largest law firms, serving for three years on the legislative staff of U.S. Senate Majority Leader George J. Mitchell, and practicing law for three years at Ropes & Gray in the areas of securities and antitrust litigation. He clerked for the Honorable William G. Young, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

When not practicing law, Seth is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for Birch Rock Camp, a summer camp in Waterford, Maine focused on outdoor and wilderness education for boys between the ages of 7 and 15. Started in 1926 by his grandfather, the camp’s motto is “Help the Other Fellow.”
Mr. Brewster received his law degree from Boston University School of Law (J.D., magna cum laude, 1987), and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College (A.B., with distinction, 1982).
