Petroleum Marketing Attorney Harry Storm of Lerch Early & Brewer Wins Leadership in Law Award

He dedicates a significant portion of his practice to the retail petroleum industry, including issues under the federal Petroleum Marketing Practices Act. His success in representing small businesses in disputes with the major oil companies and his record of winning significant verdicts under the PMPA and other applicable laws, including the Robinson Patman Act, has brought him to the forefront of the industry. He is widely viewed as one of the country's go-to attorneys for retail petroleum marketers.
