Piper Alderman (Sydney, Australia) recently advised on the sale of Adelaide based e3Learning, a multi-award winning web learning services provider, to Open Universities Australia.
Partner Craig Yeung, with support from associate Jarrod Wilksch, advised on all aspects of the transaction from its conception through to completion including pre-sale matters, due diligence, data room management and documentation of the sale. Working closely with the client's corporate advisors, Piper Alderman successfully brought about the desired result for our client and the purchaser.
