Brad McCullough of Lerch, Early & Brewer (Maryland, USA) was appointed to serve on the Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association's Section of Litigation. The purpose of the Section is to promote the objectives of the Maryland State Bar Association within the field of litigation, and to that end, to elevate the level of trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts serving Maryland and to increase the professionalism of the general litigation attorney.
