Lewis and Roca LLP (Nevada) is pleased to announce that Jason C. Bousliman (Banking) has been named to the Super Lawyers 2013 edition of Southwest Rising Stars.
Bousliman is a partner in the firm’s Litigation practice group. He focuses his practice on resolving banking and creditors’ rights issues, contract disputes, personal injury claims, and related matters. He helps banks, credit unions and other financial institutions with banking-related litigation issues including lender liability, fair debt collection and fair credit reporting. Actively involved in the community, Boulisman most recently served as President of the Albuquerque Bar Association and President of the University of New Mexico Alumni Letterman’s Association.
In addition, 22 attorneys from the firm’s Arizona offices were also named to the 2013 edition of Southwest Rising Stars.
