Lewis and Roca Attorney Anthony Cabot Co-edits Book "Regulating Internet Gaming: Challenges and Opportunities"

Lewis and Roca LLP (Nevada, USA) is pleased to announce that partner and gaming law thought leader Anthony Cabot co-edited a book titled “Regulating Internet Gaming: Challenges and Opportunities” published in March by UNLV Gaming Press.

Cabot is a partner and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Gaming practice group. He helps clients in the areas of gaming law, Internet gambling, sweepstakes and contests. Covering the entire gaming spectrum, his clients include casino owners, game developers, Internet gambling sites, and companies that run contests and sweepstakes. Cabot provides legal counseling related to all types of games, encompassing online games, casual games and complex skill-based games.

“Regulating Internet Gaming: Challenges and Opportunities” is a comprehensive 400-page book addressing the various regulatory considerations necessary for proper regulation of internet gambling from licensing to technical standards. The chapters were written by leading world legal and regulatory experts from papers initially presented at a 2012 symposium on gaming law held at UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. The book is scheduled to be published March 29.
