The firm, which has been an honoree for three consecutive years, has won the large company category, companies with more than 150 employees. The award was presented on February 21, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
The award program highlights businesses big and small in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties whose operations are changing the business landscape. All applicants participated in anonymous company-wide employee surveys developed by Quantum Workplace, including questions regarding compensation, leadership, development, growth opportunities and culture.
