in a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including financing, leasing and acquisitions. He represents REITs, institutional lenders and public companies on mortgage loans, construction loans, portfolio financings, loan work-outs, foreclosures, joint ventures, leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions. Bill's comprehensive real estate experience involves a variety of property types, including senior living facilities, hospitals, medical office buildings, shopping centers, Class A commercial office buildings, golf courses and condominiums.
Bill earned his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law in 2003, and obtained his B.A., with honors, from the University of Puget Sound in 1993. Prior to attending law school, Bill served in the U.S. Navy aboard the aircraft carriers USS Independence and USS Kitty Hawk.
