Lewis and Roca Attorney Jonathan Fountain Authors Chapter for Book "Complying with International Discovery Regulations"

Lewis and Roca LLP (Nevada, USA) is pleased to announce that partner Jonathan Fountain wrote a chapter titled “Challenges in the International Discovery Arena” for the book titled “Complying with International Discovery Regulations” published by Aspatore books, a division of Thompson/West.

Fountain is a partner with the firm’s Intellectual Property and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. He litigates complex domestic and international intellectual property and business disputes in the federal and state courts.
