Benchmark Litigation 2013 Edition Recommends Lewis and Roca as a Top Litigation Firm

Lewis and Roca LLP (Nevada, USA) has been recognized by Benchmark Litigation, an annual guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys, in its 2013 guide as a “Recommended Litigation Firm.” Attorneys Von S. Heinz (General Commercial, Insurance and White Collar Crime) and Daniel Polsenberg (Antitrust) were also listed as “Local Litigation Stars.”

From the research collected from clients and peers in Nevada, they state that Lewis and Roca has “established itself as a well-respected commercial litigation and transactional firm, employing talented locally based attorneys.” Daniel Polsenberg was mentioned by his peers as being admired and unanimously stating that he is a “standout in the state for his appellate work.”

Lewis and Roca has approximately 100 litigators in six offices, seamlessly working to handle the full range of commercial disputes before state and federal trial and appellate courts and administrative tribunals. They have successfully handled complex matters involving multiple parties, multiple jurisdictions, substantial economic claims and the most challenging legal issues.

ABOUT BENCHMARK LITIGATION

Benchmark is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the US. The guide’s results are the culmination of a 6-month research period that allows researchers to conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. During these interviews, recent casework handled by the firms is examined and sources are asked to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state or national practice areas.
