BOYNECLARKE LLP Welcomes Tim Hill and Meghan Russell

On October 29, 2012 Tim Hill and Meghan Russell will join BOYNECLARKE LLP (Nova Scotia, Canada) in the practice of law with a focus on civil and business litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency.

Tim received his education in law at Dalhousie University, where he has taught the Bankruptcy & Insolvency course since 1998.  Between 1997 and 2002 he served as Registrar of Bankruptcy for the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia. Tim is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, an associate member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP), and a member of the Canadian Association of Law Teachers.
Tim recently received the 2012 Lifetime Achievement Award of the National Bankruptcy, Insolvency & Restructuring Section of the Canadian Bar Association.

Meghan, a native of Grand Bank, Newfoundland, obtained her LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick in 2008 and was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2009. Meghan volunteers as a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society Gender Equity Committee and is also a member of the Capital Health Research Ethics Board.
