Vadim Filimonov has obtained his master’s degree at the University of Oxford (UK) in 2007 and bachelor’s degree at the University of Tartu in 2002.
Before joining Aivar Pilv Law Office (Estonia), he worked in the Law Office VARUL (2005 – 2012). Vadim has also been scientific assistant at the Law Faculty of Oxford University (2006 – 2007), a lawyer at the Law Office Teder, Glikman and Partners (2002 – 2005) and at the City Government of Tartu (2001 – 2005) and intern at the administrative chamber of the Supreme Court. His main practice areas are banking and finance, corporate and environment law, bankruptcy and restructuring, international commerce law, transport and maritime law, building and construction disputes. Vadim has been member of Estonian Bar Association since 2003.

Epp Lumiste has obtained her LL.M at George Washington University (USA) in 2010 and master’s degree from International University Audentes (Estonia) in 2007. She has worked as legal advisor at Grant Thorton Rimess OÜ, as lawyer in Tallinn City Enterprise Board and as legal counsel at the international law section of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Estonia.
