A trial attorney in Virginia since 1979, Steve Test focuses his practice on construction and business litigation in state and federal courts in jury and non-jury cases as well as administrative
hearings, arbitrations, mediations and appeals. He represents individuals, businesses, partnerships and corporations in construction claims and complex commercial disputes, including matters involving fiduciary duty, fraud, interference with business relations and trade secrets.
Mr. Test received his law degree from George Mason University School of Law and his bachelor of science degree, with distinction, from George Mason University.
