Andy's practice concentrates on environmental compliance counseling, and representing clients in proceedings under state and federal environmental laws. He has extensive experience in hazardous substance and waste laws, and is the author of the Maine law text for the treatise on Brownfields Redevelopment published by Matthew Bender.
