LK Shields Solicitors (Ireland) acted for One51 ES Plastics (Ireland) Limited, a subsidiary of One Fifty One plc, in its disposal of Foamalite Limited to 3A Composites Holding AG which is part of the Swiss group Schweiter Technologies.

Foamalite Limited, which is located in Loch Gowna, Co. Cavan, is a plastics extrusion business which produces and sells PVC foam sheets and PET plastic sheets for the domestic and European markets.

The transaction was led by Ruairí Mulrean of LK Shields' Business Department.
