The law firm of Martin, Pringle, Oliver, Wallace & Bauer, LLP (Kansas, USA) is proud to announce the affiliation of Ronald C. Spradley, Douglas D. Silvius, and Matthew P. Clune, effective July 1, 2012.
Spradley, Silvius, and Clune will remain in their current location in the Belletower Building, 4700 Belleview, Kansas City, Missouri, and will retain their current support staff.

Ronald C. Spradley has been in practice 45 years and focuses his practice on business, civil and commercial litigation, business and real estate transactions, construction law and bankruptcy. He is a former Assistant Attorney General of Missouri, and AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Douglas D. Silvius has been in practice 25 years and focuses his practice on business litigation, civil and commercial litigation relating to real estate law, construction law, and bankruptcy. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, a 2011 and 2012 Kansas and Missouri Super Lawyer and is the Chair-elect of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Matthew P. Clune has been in practice for 10 years and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation which has covered areas such as intellectual property, labor and employment issues, including non-compete disputes, and breach of contract. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA), and was a participant in the Ross T. Roberts Inn of Court program, as well as a graduate of the KCMBA’s Leadership Development Academy.
Martin Pringle will continue to operate their Wichita office, formed in 1951, and their Overland Park office, which opened in 1996. Martin Pringle currently has 42 attorneys who engage in general civil, trial and appellate practice in a wide range of areas, including aviation law, business and commercial law, employment law (including workers compensation defense), banking, creditor's rights, medical malpractice defense, environmental law, insurance defense law, insurance coverage disputes, energy law, oil and gas law, products liability, construction law and personal injury (including automobile defense).
