Anne Domozick, who is based in Williams Mullen’s Virginia Beach office, assists privately and publicly-held companies in corporate matters, federal and state securities law compliance, executive compensation issues, and mergers and acquisitions. She also has significant experience in private equity and venture capital investment transactions. She has assisted clients in a wide range of business matters, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, corporate governance issues and the reorganization or sale of businesses.
Brad Nowak, based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, finance, securities, energy, infrastructure and international transactions. Mr. Nowak provides general representation to corporations, financial institutions and governmental authorities in a broad spectrum of transactions, advising on issues concerning corporate structure, merger and acquisition activities, joint venture, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, financing, procurement and privatization matters. In addition, Mr. Nowak has experience advising public entities on complex infrastructure transactions, including procuring, negotiating, contracting and financing waste-to-energy and other public facilities.
Brian Vick is based in the firm’s Raleigh office where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, health care, and electronic discovery. Mr. Vick routinely represents businesses in complex commercial litigation involving both individual and class claims of trade secret misappropriation, consumer fraud, unfair trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, tortious interference, racketeering, and antitrust violations. As part of his health care practice, Mr. Vick represents and advises health care providers, insurance companies, long-term care facilities and pharmaceutical manufacturers on insurance fraud, antitrust compliance, privacy and security of patient data, Certificate of Need regulation, and physician licensure.
