Manchester law firm and TAGLaw member, Kuits Solicitors has bolstered its commercial litigation and intellectual property teams with two new hires.
Solicitors David Jones and Andrew Lee have joined the commercial litigation and intellectual property teams respectively. David, who is also a qualified barrister (non-practising), specialises in contractual disputes, urgent injunctions, insolvency proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, while Andrew specialises in contentious intellectual property with particular emphasis on copyright, designs and trade marks.
