Guerrero, Olivos, Novoa y Errázuriz (Chile) is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year and also it has recently appointed a new partner: Clemente Pérez. From January 1st, 2012, Clemente Pérez will again be a partner, position that he left in 2003,
when he assumed as Deputy Secretary of Public Works. Clemente has studied at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile School of Law, has an MBA from the same university and a Master in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
Clemente Pérez leads the natural resources and infrastructure practice areas, and he is a specialist in environmental law, obtaining public works concessions, development of energy projects and regulatory law in general.
Actually he is the Chairman of COPSA -Concessionaires' association of public infrastructure works- and he has been Chairman of the Board of Metro de Santiago, Director of the National Environmental Agency (CONAMA Santiago Region) and Consultant of the World Bank, among others.
