Phoenix attorney Anne Chapman has been named a partner by Osborn Maledon, P.A. (Arizona, USA). Ms. Chapman’s practice focuses on criminal defense, internal and governmental investigations, professional liability and ethics and complex commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, she spent five years as an assistant federal public defender in the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Chapman has extensive experience trying and defending cases involving a broad range of complex issues, including bank, mail and wire fraud, money laundering, terrorism offenses, immigration issues, firearms smuggling, criminal copyright and trademark allegations and the Classified Information Procedures Act.
