Triplet & Associés (Lille & Paris, France) is very pleased to announce that French tax specialist Simon Smith has joined the practice.
Simon, although born in the UK, has lived in France for most of his adult life and is a fully trained and qualified French Attorney and Counselor at Law.
Simon is bilingual in French and English and specialises in dealing with the direct and indirect tax aspects of cross-border transactions, optimising exposure to taxes in France (including real property issues) for non-residents as well of course as assisting clients in France to ensure compliance with French tax obligations.
He is duly admitted to the French Bar and works out of both the Paris and the Lille office of Triplet & Associés.
After spending nearly nine years within TAJ, part of the Deloitte tax network, prior to joining Triplet & Associés; Simon has considerable experience in dealing with French tax issues not only on behalf of French and international corporations but also high net-worth individuals.
