Kudos to Susan Dwyer, chair of Herrick Feinstein LLP's, (New York, New York, USA) Product Liability Practice Group for being awarded “Nationwide Automobile Liability Attorney of the Year” by Corporate INTL Magazine. Susan has been a sustaining member of the Product Liability Advisory Council for the past 25 years and has served as a member of PLAC’s Executive Committee. She is a frequent author, lecturer and commentator in the product liability and toxic tort fields and has co-authored the Tort Law Desk Reference 2000-2010 Editions, Business Torts 2006-2011 Editions, as well as Products Liability in New York. And earlier this year, Susan was recognized by Chambers USA as one of America’s Leading Lawyers for Business in Products Liability and Mass Torts. For the second consecutive year, Susan was identified as one of seven lawyers who qualified as a “Star Individual” in Chambers USA.
