35 partner law firm Boodle Hatfield (London, England) has appointed the former Hines UK Managing Director, Stephen Musgrave, as a consultant to the firm’s property team.
Stephen brings extensive knowledge and considerable commercial/industry experience to the role. He was previously the Managing Director of Hines UK, before which he was the Chief Executive of Grosvenor UK and Ireland.
Since forming his own company, Stephen has advised a number of companies including the MCC/Lords Cricket Club and he is also the Non-Executive Chairman of fund management group Mayfair Capital Investment Management.

Stephen’s appointment follows the lateral hire of Bernd Ratzke and Ute Mueller who joined Boodle Hatfield’s Corporate department as Partners on 4 April 2011 from Dawsons LLP; and of Richard Beavan who also joined the Corporate department as a Partner on 1 September 2010 from Nabarro LLP.
