Rob Klein advises numerous companies in the area of (international) contract law in concluding various types of commercial contracts, ranging from simple trade contracts to complex forms of collaboration and acquisitions. He frequently represents these companies in court cases involving the fulfillment and/or interpretation of such contracts. In bankruptcy law Rob has broad experience as receiver/administrator of companies in varying sectors (construction, retail trade, IT, etc.); he frequently assists companies in trouble from the perspective of prevention, but also in dealing with a suspension of payments or bankruptcy of suppliers and/or customers. Martijn van de Mortel is specialised in Dutch labour law. He mainly represents large and middle large enterprises, (semi-)government bodies as well as senior management. He frequently assists and represents employers in individual and collective dismissal procedures. Martijn has broad experience in the fields of (labour and pension law aspects of) outsourcing and TUPE (Transfer of Undertaking (Protection of Employment), social plan negotiations, collective labour agreements, codetermination procedures (Dutch Works Councils Act), in particular codetermination procedures in case of (intended) mergers and acquisitions, as well as Dutch labour law in international perspective (Treaty of Rome).
