Manchester, England firm Kuit Steinart Levy LLP advised on the lease for the new UK head office of AWD Chase de Vere.

Martin Davies, Commercial Property partner assisted AWD Chase de Vere, one of Europe’s largest independent financial advisers for individuals and businesses, in securing the 10 year lease for the facility on New Broad Street near Liverpool Street station in London.  The office, managed by Lancaster Investments Limited is also a stones throw away from St Paul’s Cathedral.

Founded in Germany in 1988, AWD turned public in 2000 and entered the UK market one year later.  With an annual turnover of €381.5m, the company now has over 500 representative offices across Europe, advising over 300,000 customers.
