The transaction, led by Head of Corporate, Ashan Arif, with support from corporate lawyers Jacob Montague and Emma Docking, involved the sale of shares and roll-over equity for the Sellers, including a complicated 3 stage earn-out. This was a complex transaction and Clarkslegal are very happy to have completed this important landmark for the selling shareholders.
