Jason's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. He has also represented clients in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).
Jason has handled litigation and arbitrations involving contract disputes, business torts, antitrust issues, class actions and securities/shareholder litigation. He has represented clients in a number of industries including banking, insurance, manufacturing, real estate and technology.
Jason received his Juris Doctor from University of Pennsylvania Law School and Bachelor of Arts, graduating with Honors, from The University of Texas at
