The acquisition, which closed on June 14, 2024, significantly expands UpSwell's capabilities within the dentistry vertical. Dental Marketing offers direct mail and related marketing services focused on supporting dental practices across the United States. This transaction enhances UpSwell's service offerings by integrating Dental Marketing's client base and advanced campaign tracking technologies.
