Casner & Edwards announces that Justine H. Kim has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Family Law Group. Kim focuses her practice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, modification, child custody and support, grandparent visitation, guardianship and contempt.
Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, Kim was an associate at Brofsky Green, LLC, a boutique family law firm in Needham, and before that, was an associate at a multi-practice Boston law firm. While in law school, she was a Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03 certified student attorney and worked for both the Volunteer Lawyers Project and the Boston College Legal Services LAB assisting indigent clients in divorce and domestic violence matters. Her commitment to pro bono work led to her recognition on the 2022 Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Pro Bono Honor Roll.

Kim received her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.S. from Boston University (magna cum laude). She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and is actively involved as a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts.
