Thomas (Louis) L. Colletta built his career on the representation of governmental clients such as the City of New Orleans, Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, and the Orleans Parish School Board. Since joining the firm in 2022, Louis has handled matters related to mass tort, class action, insurance, and transportation litigation. More specifically, successfully defending freight rail carriers in a wide range of cases, including cases involving the Federal Employer’s Liability Act. Additionally, he is conversant with first-party property damage and complex commercial contracts. Louis is admitted to practice law in the Louisiana, Texas, and Alabama.
Destinee F. Ramos joined the firm in 2018, Destinee has continued to utilize her experience to solve complex legal problems related to admiralty, energy, and maritime law. She has acted on behalf of blue- and brown-water ship owners, carriers, logistics providers, oil and gas providers, small and large companies, and their insurers. She also has experience in several other practice areas such as commercial litigation, and insurance coverage and defense. Her expertise and tenacity have delivered several successful outcomes for Firm clients, earning her respect from her peers and colleagues. She is admitted to practice law in the Louisiana and California.
