Adnan Sundra & Low Adds New Practice Area - Intellectual Property, Sports & Gaming

We are delighted to welcome Sri Sarguna Raj as a new partner at our firm. Sri specialises in both the contentious and non-contentious aspects of intellectual property law and offers advice on a wide array of issues and disputes, including those related to patents, copyright, privacy, trade secrets, trademarks, passing off, industrial designs, advertising, domain names, and the enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Sri, who headed the Intellectual Property, Sports & Gaming practice at a regional law firm, joins ASL with his team, which includes partners Cheok Hou Cher, Steven and Nicole Chong, senior associate Soo An Qi, and junior associate Lim Chaw Zen.

A dynamic professional, Sri's engagements include serving as the President of the Sports Law Association of Malaysia (SLAM), serving on the Malaysian Bar Intellectual Property Committee, and being a Past President and Adviser of the Licensing Executives Society of Malaysia (LESM). Sri is also a panel member of the Asian Sports Tribunal and the AIAC Domain Name Dispute Resolution (DNDR). Sri also serves on the Results Management Committee of the Anti-Doping Agency of Malaysia (ADAMAS).
