Dee is a shareholder in the firm’s New Orleans office. He specializes in handling commercial and civil litigation matters in the maritime and energy fields. As the director of Lugenbuhl’s admiralty section, he brings a wealth of experience in representing various entities within the maritime industry, including drilling and service companies, blue and brown water vessel owners, charterers, and insurers.
In the energy sector, Dee’s practice encompasses a range of issues such as oil field exploration, major offshore incidents, personal injury cases, and energy insurance matters including well blowout and control, loss of hole, production delay, and tank explosions. He also handles commercial litigation matters involving Defense Base Act claims, asbestos-related cases, breach of contract disputes, products liability issues, and environmental law matters.
