Perseverance has been a prevailing theme throughout the law career of Benjamin Kadden. He started practicing law three weeks before Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Fifteen years later, he began his position as managing shareholder with Lugenbuhl, Wheaton, Peck, Rankin & Hubbard just days before the COVID-19 shutdowns. In both instances, Kadden worked to provide uninterrupted service to his clients.
Along with his role as shareholder, Kadden leads the firm’s bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors’ rights practice, helping business clients navigate these processes. He has also participated in several merger and acquisition transactions pertaining to Gulf Coast businesses.
In the community, Kadden is a founding board member of Bastion Community Resilience, said to be the nation’s first intentional living community for disabled veterans and their families.
