Casner & Edwards announces that Daihui Meng has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Business & Corporate Group. Meng’s practice spans the entire corporate lifecycle from inception to exit/liquidation and he has represented clients across different industries such as biotech, blockchain, web3, software, IT, social media and supply chain.
Meng advises startup founders, high growth technology companies of all sizes, and private and institutional investors on various matters and transactions, including the setup and day-to-day governance of the company, equity and debt financings in different stages, and miscellaneous employment or IP issues. Meng speaks native Mandarin and provides legal counsel to Chinese start-up founders, including those in the Harvard and MIT start-up circle.

Meng is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and New York and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association and Asian American Lawyers Association of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, he was an associate at another Boston law firm, and prior to that, was a judicial intern in the Federal District Court of the Central District of Illinois.
