Casner & Edwards announces that Cosmo Karalolos has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s Trusts & Estates Group. Karalolos’s practice encompasses a wide variety of trust and estate matters, such as estate and related tax planning, long-term-care planning and other elder law matters, probate administration, real estate, and fiduciary litigation.
Karalolos specializes in Medicaid planning and applications, estate planning for disabled persons, guardianship and conservatorship matters, and charitable planning. He also designs strategic succession plans to meet the particular needs and goals of individuals and entrepreneurs looking to preserve generational wealth. Upon request, Karalolos serves as personal representative and trustee for his clients.

Karalolos is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and is a licensed real estate broker. Prior to joining Casner & Edwards, he was an associate at another Boston law firm, and more recently was an independent legal practitioner.
