Leading national law firm, Piper Alderman, continues its expansion in Perth with the appointment of Nick Foulkes as a partner in the national projects, infrastructure and construction team.
Nick has two decades of experience, providing advice and solutions to clients concerning legal and commercial business issues, including in respect of contracts, tenders, corporate governance and compliance.
He has acted for government departments and agencies, publicly listed companies, multinational companies and SMEs, including the State of Western Australia, the major WA government trading entities, the UK Government, the UK Ministry of Defence and recognisable multinational companies such as Samsung C+T, Siemens, Telstra, Lendlease, Cobham and CPB Contractors.
Nick has also worked on some of the most recognisable projects both nationally and internationally in the construction, defence and transport sectors.
Nick was a principal in a boutique firm, most recently, after having spent time as a general counsel in-house and following a career with Herbert Smith Freehills.
