Piper Alderman has advised Rocky Point in relation to the sell down of its 60% interest in its garden business to the Hyne Group.
Rocky Point supplies premium quality products to the retail garden, nursery, agriculture, home gardeners and erosion management industries.
Andrew Rankin, Lead Partner, Caren Klavsen, Special Counsel and Kara Pennisi, Senior Associate, provided advice on the share sale agreement as well as the shareholders’ agreement between the parties which will govern the partnership going forward. The team also advised Rocky Point in relation to an internal business restructure to facilitate the sell down of its interest to the Hyne Group.
