We are happy to give a name to the values we stand for. Gecić Law is immensely pleased to announce that our own Hristina Kosec was elected partner at our firm. Hristina joined Gecić Law in 2019 and has since successfully headed Gecić Law’s operations, including the administrative, human resources, and business development functions. She oversees the development and implementation of the firm’s growth strategy, including planning, financial projections, and performance monitoring indicators. Hristina’s leadership has been instrumental in guiding the unprecedented growth and development the firm has experienced. As a partner, Hristina will leverage her legal background to increasingly take on a client-facing role, contributing to significant projects and coordinating legal business efforts to ensure best-in-class customer experience and client relations.
As a critical driving spirit behind innovation and change, she co-heads the firm’s newly established ESG practice. Notably, her contribution to people development, strengthening common values, building a cohesive team spirit, and furthering the principles of inclusion and diversity has been invaluable.
Hristina joined Gecić Law as a seasoned professional in the banking and telecommunications industries, with more than 15 years of executive experience in various roles, including finance and product marketing. She has a strong track record of effectively building and leading diverse and multiple regional and international teams simultaneously.
Hristina has also acted as a faithful ambassador of Gecić Law’s core values, actively participating in numerous CSR and philanthropic programs. She has received numerous recognitions for her work in this field, including being selected among the CSR professionals named “Invisible Heroes” by the Responsible Business Forum, Represent Communications and BizLife, and being commended by UNICEF for the CSR activities at Gecić Law.

Hristina earned her LL.B and LL.M at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
