Lynne Adams, a partner in the Phoenix law firm, Osborn Maledon, PA, has been chosen to become a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC), an 80-year-old organization of legal leaders. The FDCC is dedicated to assuring a balanced justice system and representing those in need of a defense in civil lawsuits.
“You are exceptional, both in your professional and personal life,” wrote Bob Christie, FDCC president, in a letter informing Adams of her selection. Members of the FDCC are peer-reviewed.
Adams is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation group Her practice focuses on education law and complex commercial litigation. She represents numerous charter schools, traditional public schools, community colleges and universities in regulatory matters and litigation and provides them with on-going legal advice, including compliance with Arizona’s open meeting and public records laws.
